Kazakhstan completes analysis of "black boxes" from plane crash
The Center for the Investigation and Prevention of Aviation Accidents in Brazil has completed the analysis of the black boxes from the Embraer plane that crashed in Kazakhstan on December 25. At the same time, the agency did not disclose what it found out after the analysis.

The publication noted that the "black boxes" arrived in Brazil on January 1, and their analysis began the next day. Investigators from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Russia observed the work.
On January 4, experts completed the seizure, collection and review of the data contained in the two flight recorders. However, the agency did not disclose details of what was found during the analysis. It is now known that all the data will be handed over to the Agency for Investigation of Air Accidents of Kazakhstan, which is responsible for the analysis and investigation of the crash.
At the same time, the Brazilian Air Force stated that the results, which will be published in the final report of the investigation, are the responsibility of the Kazakhstan investigative body.
What is known about the plane crash in Kazakhstan
On December 25, a passenger plane crashed near Aktau airport in Kazakhstan. It was flying from Baku, Azerbaijan, to Grozny, Russia.
There were 67 people on board, 38 of them died.
According to sources in the Azerbaijani government, the plane crash was caused by a Russian surface-to-air missile. The head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, said that the plane that crashed in Kazakhstan was shot down by a Russian Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile system.
At the same time, Azerbaijan Airlines reported that the plane that crashed in Kazakhstan was the object of "physical and technical interference". In this regard, it was decided to temporarily suspend flights to a number of Russian cities.
The President of Azerbaijan accused Russia of the crash of the AZAL plane. He called for the perpetrators to be punished.
