This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a speech in the Ukrainian Parliament on Tuesday, November 19.

The President noted that Ukraine is currently successfully working on increasing the production of shells. He said that in 2024, it was possible to produce more than 2.5 million ammunition.
"During this year, we produced more than 2.5 million mortar rounds and shells for our artillery calibers from 60 to 155 millimeters," Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted.
He added that this production will continue to be increased. According to the President, the situation is the same with drones.
"Next year, Ukraine will produce at least 30 thousand long-range drones. I want to thank all our companies — state and private. Thank you for this," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
According to the President, Ukraine's goal is to produce at least three thousand cruise missiles and drone missiles. Zelenskyy added that, just like in 2024, next year Ukraine will meet the set goal for the production and supply of all other types of drones.
"Our soldiers have already ensured the downing of Russian reconnaissance drones using our drones — FPV, etc. We continue to look for solutions to shoot down Shahed drones using FPV," the President said.
Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov reported that Ukraine has successfully scaled up the mass production of advanced "Neptune" missiles. These missiles are designed to hit targets at long distances.
The President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that Ukraine is currently actively working on the production of its own weapons, including missiles. He announced four successful developments.
