Zelenskyy's meeting with Michal
It is known that this was the Prime Minister's first visit to Ukraine. Zelenskyy thanked Estonia, the government and the entire people for their support since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
The parties discussed how to strengthen Ukraine's positions in order to guarantee a fair peace not only for the country, but also for all of Europe.
"We appreciate Estonia's clear position on our future membership in both the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and count on the continuation of this support," Zelenskyy added.
As a reminder, Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine is initiating the creation of a Contact Group to discuss the end of the war, which will include key European partners.
Zelenskyy will also call the US President Joe Biden to discuss Ukraine's invitation to NATO.
