The Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's officer claimed that fake information about the election was likely the result of foreign interference. They suggested that Russian troll farms were to blame.

Reuters reported this on Friday, November 1.

The office, working with state and federal officials to identify sources of disinformation, has called on billionaire Elon Musk and other social media platforms to remove false information.

US agencies have reported that Russia intends to increase disagreements before the election, but Moscow denies these accusations.

"Our office has become aware of a video in which a Haitian immigrant with multiple IDs states to have voted multiple times," Raffensperger's office said in a report.

They emphasized that this is an example of targeted disinformation.

The office added that the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency is investigating.

It should be reminded, that US presidential candidate Donald Trump spoke out about those who consider him a "friend of Russia", describing them as "sick".

As a reminder, on October 29, Kamala Harris held a campaign rally in Washington, which gathered thousands of supporters.
