Ukraine plans to eliminate medical and social expert commissions. A new European model will be introduced to replace them.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal announced this during the broadcast of "We — Ukraine" on Tuesday, October 22.
An alternative to MSEС in Ukraine
Shmyhal announced a new European model to replace the MSEС in Ukraine. According to him, it will be digital and fully transparent.
The Prime Minister also instructed the head of the Ministry of Health, Viktor Lyashko, to submit all necessary regulatory documents and draft laws for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers no later than November 1.
He explained that this is necessary in order to complete the reform of the liquidation of the MSEС and introduce a new model.
Previously, Shmyhal stated that the leadership of the MSEC and the relevant department of the Ministry of Health had been dismissed. The corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council.
According to Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Iryna Vereshchuk, officials involved in the fake decisions of the MSEC will not be able to avoid responsibility.
