Former Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba believes that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy cannot sign a peace agreement with Russia that provides for territorial concessions by our country. In doing so, he would violate the Constitution.

Mr. Kuleba said this in an interview with Politico on Wednesday, November 27.

Zelenskyy cannot sign a peace agreement

"Zelenskyy cannot sign a "peace treaty" under which Russia takes back Donbas in its entirety and Ukraine gives up Crimea and NATO because of the Constitution. And because it will be his political end," Kuleba said.

The former minister also emphasized that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is not in the mood for a peace agreement.

Putin is obsessed with destroying Ukraine. According to his plan, the defeat of our country should show the defenselessness of the rest of the civilized world.

Earlier, we reported that Kuleba believes that the war in Ukraine can only get worse after Donald Trump comes to power in the United States. At the same time, the American leader is afraid of responsibility for Ukraine's defeat.

Kuleba also assessed further US assistance when Donald Trump becomes president. In his opinion, there are two possible political courses.
