Passers-by in Washington said they believed in Trump's decisive policies — his experience and perseverance in dealing with global instability.

One man said he supports Trump because of his policies and programs for the United States. He believes that the United States is not only the most powerful country in the world, but also the leader of a free world.

"So his policy, in my opinion, will lead to global stability. I expect the restoration of global peace, the restoration of stability around the world. That the rights of nations will be respected.
I'm not an American, I came here to work and came to my senses,"
he said.

Another young man said that he came to see the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States with the Democrats from his college. They realize that there are problems that Democrats are not solving, particularly for the working class.

"There are people who need help, and the Democrats are completely ignoring them," he added.

As a reminder, today Trump will deliver a speech in the Capitol rotunda and take the oath of office before the people of the United States.

Novyny.LIVE will broadcast the event at 12:00 p.m. ET (19:00 Kyiv time).
