Zurabishvili makes a statement on the common future of Georgia and Ukraine
The President of Georgia addressed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at a rally on October 20. Salome Zurabishvili said that Ukraine's struggle against the Russian invasion is also a struggle for Georgia's freedom.

According to SOVA, during her address to Zelenskyy, Zurabishvili emphasized that the Georgian people know that "Ukraine's fight against the Russian invasion is also a fight for Georgia's freedom".
"I would like to address Volodymyr Zelenskyy from here, on behalf of the people of Georgia, and tell him that we know he is fighting for us and will win. And we will go to Europe together," the Head of State said.
Salome Zurabishvili also addressed partners in Europe and the United States.
"I would like to address our partners, whether they are Europeans or Americans, and say that we will be such partners and allies as they have never dreamed of. When we access Europe, and we will! And I would not like to hear from you these days something like "if" or "in the event that", because everything is clear: Georgia has won, and its future has won," the Georgian leader added.
As a reminder, on October 20, residents of Tbilisi, Georgia, held a large-scale rally to support the country's movement toward the European Union.
