The main topic of the conversation was the Victory Plan, which aims to strengthen Ukraine.

Other topics of the negotiation were progress in implementing the Peace Formula, EU defense support, and ensuring the stability of the Ukrainian economy.
The Head of State emphasized Ukraine's readiness to move quickly in the negotiation process on EU membership and accelerate the harmonization of legislation. The issues of strengthening sanctions against Russia and combating their circumvention through third countries were also discussed.
In addition, the President noted that Ukraine expects the implementation of the G7 decision to allocate 35 billion euros from frozen Russian assets by the end of the month, emphasizing the need to quickly receive these funds.
Charles Michel assured that the EU will continue to support Ukraine.
"We know that you need more support — military and financial, and we will discuss how to accelerate it," the President of the European Council emphasized.
Previously, Zelenskyy presented the Victory Plan of Ukraine in Brussels, at a special meeting of the European Council. One of the steps of this plan is the "non-nuclear deterrence" of Russia. In particular, Ukraine proposes to place a deterrent package on its territory.
