Zelenskyy awarded intelligence officers with state awards

On the Day of Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence, Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented state awards and the flag of the Foreign Intelligence Service to the military. In addition, the Head of State awarded the military rank of Brigadier General.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced it on Telegram on Friday, January 24.
President awarded Ukrainian intelligence officers
The Head of State congratulated the employees of Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Service on their professional day and thanked them for their work. He noted that it is thanks to intelligence officers that Ukraine can receive the necessary information and achieve the necessary goals.
"You can’t say much about intelligence in public, but you have a lot to thank for. And we need more of this kind of work, more results. We need more hits on Russian military targets. Exact coordinates, exact damage. Ukraine needs more influence on global policy towards our country and the war. We need world leaders to have more real information about what is happening," Zelenskyy noted.
The Head of State presented the reconnaissance men with the Orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky of II and III degrees, Princess Olga and Danylo Halytsky. Zelenskyy also awarded the medals "For Military Service to Ukraine" and "For Impeccable Service" of the III degree.
Earlier, the Head of State Volodymyr Zelenskyy awarded the mother of the fallen Defender. Soldier Dmytro Maslovsky was killed in a hand-to-hand fight with the invader.
Also, 20 border guards received state awards. The relevant decree was signed by the President of Ukraine. The awards were presented to the Defenders of Ukraine by the Deputy Head of the State Border Guard Service, Major General Vadym Chenchyk.
