Zelenskyy emphasized that the political decision to release 35 billion euros from frozen Russian assets is extremely important.

He emphasized the need to quickly implement this decision, as Russia must pay for the damage caused. The President also noted that Ukraine needs to work together with its partners to bring peace closer.

"Your political decision to allocate 35 billion euros to Ukraine within the G7 resolution concerning 50 billion euros from frozen Russian assets is extremely important and needs to be implemented as soon as possible. Russia must pay for the damage it has caused. Together, we must bring peace closer," Zelenskyy said.

The Head of State also presented Ukraine's Victory Plan at a special meeting of the European Council. The President emphasized that this document is a bridge to a successful second Peace Summit.

In addition, during his speech, Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine could hold its positions at the front and move the war to Russia. This requires more Western weapons.
