President of Ukraine is establishing relations with Donald Trump
Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine is establishing contacts with the future administration of Donald Trump. According to the President, he has communicated personally with the newly elected US leader, therefore he does not trust the reports that are being spread in the media.
"As for the establishment of the process between our teams, I am sure that it will happen. As for the trip of the head of my office (to the US. — Ed.) — it will happen," Zelenskyy said.
He also spoke about recent decisions on permission to strike missiles deep into Russia. The President noted that Ukraine is working to ensure that all countries support such a decision.
"After the statements about nuclear weapons, I think it's time for Germany to support the corresponding decisions. And now, when there are corresponding decisions, and not only in the media, but from countries, it is very important to add a number of these decisions," the President of Ukraine said.
It should be recalled, that Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that with the Donald Trump administration, the war in Ukraine will end faster. However, there is no exact date yet.
The newly elected US President Donald Trump has filed a number of lawsuits against the media. These are publications that criticized him, including The New York Times and CBS.
