Voting has begun in one of the US states — video
Voting in the US presidential election has begun in Pennsylvania. Voters' opinions on the future leader of the United States vary.
This was reported by Novyny.LIVE correspondent in Pennsylvania, Uliana Boichuk, on the air of Vechir.LIVE on Thursday, October 24.
Elections have already begun in some US states
In some US states, including Pennsylvania, early voting for the presidential election has already started.
"People were lining up in the morning because they have the opportunity to vote. Here in Pennsylvania, voting registration ended on October 21. Therefore, those who want to participate in the US presidential election can already do so in Pennsylvania," the correspondent noted.
She added that the presidential election in the United States lasts several days so that every citizen can vote. Also, according to her, people can come to the polling place with a ballot that was sent to them by mail.
"This week, US presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump visited Pennsylvania and met with the public. The fight for gray states continues," Boichuk said.
The correspondent noted that the "gray" states also include Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Nevada, North Carolina and Michigan.
She emphasized that voters' opinions on the future president of America are divided - some are calling for Trump's support, while others are for Harris.
As a reminder, Natalia, a McDonald's employee in Pennsylvania, spoke about the unusual visit of US presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Earlier, we wrote that US presidential candidate Donald Trump has overtaken Kamala Harris in the pre-election poll for the first time, with the difference in 10%.
