Rutte noted that strengthening of Ukraine's positions ahead of possible peace talks with Russia will be discussed during the meeting.
"We must do everything now to be sure that when it comes to air defense, other types of weapons, that we have provided everything possible. We accepted your request, and we have delivered, I think, 19 air defense systems to Ukraine for protecting critical infrastructure. In addition, we are thinking about Ukraine's economy after reaching peace," he emphasized.
NATO Secretary General says he is very pleased with the initiatives to purchase weapons for Ukraine. According to him, this means not only more weapons, but also more money for the economy.
