The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs made a statement regarding the work of its embassy in Kyiv

Despite the increased risk of a Russian air attack, Polish diplomats remain working in Kyiv.

"Despite the increased risk of Russian attacks on Kyiv, our diplomats remain in their seats, as before. This is one of the visible aspects of Poland's solidarity with Ukraine, which is fighting for freedom," Radosław Sikorski wrote.

In addition, the temporary chargé d'affaires of Poland in Ukraine, Piotr Łukasiewicz, told the PAP agency that the embassy is operating as usual — taking into the account the increased risk of danger.

"We take these warnings very seriously, however, I am on site, and some employees are on site in safe premises," he assured.

As a reminder, the US Embassy in Kyiv warned of a possible "serious air attack" on Ukraine on November 20. Because of this, the institution was closed. Following the US, Spain, Greece and Italy decided to close their embassies in Kyiv on November 20. The reason is the threat of a massive attack on Ukraine.

Novyny.LIVE also wrote that the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Kyiv has advised its citizens to leave Ukraine. The official reason is frequent rocket and artillery shelling.
