On Thursday, June 12, a passenger plane carrying 242 people crashed in India. One of the passengers, a British citizen, managed to survive.

The plane crash in India

The only survivor is Ramesh Viswashkumar, a Briton who was sitting in seat 11A. He escaped by jumping out of the plane.

"Thirty seconds after takeoff, there was a loud noise, and the plane crashed. It was sudden. When I came to, I saw bodies around me," he said.

Earlier, it was reported that the patrol plane crashed in South Korea on Thursday, May 29. There were four people on board the aircraft.

As a reminder, in April, the plane crashed near the airport in the US state of Florida, killing three people.
