Zelenskyy met with Tusk in Lviv — what they discussed
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk in Lviv. They discussed a number of important issues during the meeting, including the situation on the front line and assistance to Ukraine.

In 2024, Poland provided Ukraine with an aid convoy worth 100 million euros. As Tusk said during the meeting, the next aid package will be discussed with the Scandinavian countries. This is already the 46th aid package.
During the meeting, Zelenskyy and Tusk discussed historical issues, the situation on the front line and the conditions for a fair peace. In addition, Donald Tusk visited the graves of Polish and Ukrainian soldiers.
It should be recalled that Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk visited the border with Russia. They built the Eastern Shield fortifications there.
Donald Tusk claimed that peace talks on the war in Ukraine could begin this winter. Poland plans to take an active part in potential negotiations.
