Zelenskyy explained what the Internal Strengthening Plan will include
The Internal Strengthening Plan, together with the Victory Plan, will ensure that Ukraine has the right answers to all the challenges of this year and next year. Officials have already been instructed to develop it.
This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his evening address on Thursday, October 24.
What the Internal Strengthening Plan will include
According to Zelenskyy, the Victory Plan is aimed at international partners and seeks to define Ukraine's place in the architecture of global security while garnering support in the war against Russia.
However, as the head of state emphasized, it is equally important to develop an internal Strengthening Plan that will address critical domestic challenges.
"There is an internal part of the work. Positions on the front line and in the rear. What needs strengthening. The issue of justice in Ukraine, which is extremely pressing. Our economy, our jobs, our development of critical sectors needed by Ukraine. Protection against Russian disinformation. Social protection of people. Many areas require clear answers regarding the steps we are taking and who is responsible for implementing specific actions," the president said.
Zelenskyy emphasized that the internal Strengthening Plan will also ensure unity in Ukraine.
"When you work for the state, you feel that you are with the state, with millions of others who want Ukraine to win. And it should be so," the Ukrainian leader concluded.
Earlier, we reported that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is preparing a Strengthening Plan. The head of state tasked government bodies with developing proposals for the so-called internal action plan to help the country withstand the conditions of war.
It is worth noting that on October 24, during a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff, discussions were held regarding preparations for the heating season from a security perspective, recovery, and work with partners. Reports were given by the Ministry of Defense and military officials.
