The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that the meeting in the Ramstein format, which was supposed to take place on October 12, has been postponed. This is due to the fact that the President of the United States, Joe Biden, must pay maximum attention to the natural disasters that are currently threatening his country.

Zelenskyy made such a statement during a meeting with the Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković on Wednesday, October 9.

The Ramstein meeting is postponed

"The Ramstein meeting, which was scheduled for this week, has been postponed. The reason for this is the natural disaster in America, which requires the maximum attention of President Joe Biden," Zelenskyy emphasized.

The head of state added that Biden is currently staying in his country, and that is what any leader would do. But since the leadership format of "Ramstein" itself is important, the presence of the US president is absolutely necessary.

The President noted that the schedule of a new meeting in the Ramstein format may be prepared in the near future in order to implement the Victory Plan.

Previously, we reported that the meeting in the Ramstein format, which was supposed to take place on October 12, was postponed. A new date will be determined later. The cause was hurricane "Milton" in the USA.

It should be recalled that US President Joe Biden postponed his trip to Germany the day before, during which he was supposed to take part in the Ramstein meeting.
