"I instructed the Main Intelligence Directorate, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, to specifically address the issues of releasing civilians from Russian captivity. Currently, the results in this regard are insufficient," Zelenskyy noted.

He added that during the meeting, key issues regarding the necessary legislative changes, sanctions policy, and Ukrainian diplomacy were also discussed.

"I will hear the results in a few weeks," the Head of State wrote.

It should be recalled, that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that Russian leader Vladimir Putin wants a ceasefire in the war against Ukraine and is interested in a further exchange of prisoners of war.

Previously, Zelenskyy rejected the visit of UN Secretary-General António Guterres to Ukraine. This was probably due to his visit to the BRICS summit in Russia.
