Under Secretary of State for Management and Resources, Acting U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery Richard Verma arrived in Kyiv on November 15.

"I am pleased to welcome Richard Verma to Kyiv. Ukraine's economic recovery opens the door for U.S. businesses to invest in Ukraine's future and in partnerships in defense, technology and other areas that will benefit both our countries," wrote Bridget Brink.

Richard Verma became the U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery, replacing Penny Pritzker in September 2024.

To recap, US Deputy Secretary of State Richard Verma said that no country in the world receives such support as Ukraine from NATO, the European Union and the United States — international partners have made large-scale commitments.

Earlier, Novyny.LIVE wrote that the United States plans to provide Ukraine with $7.1 billion in military aid. According to the Pentagon, this should happen before the end of Joe Biden's presidency.
