Zhovkva emphasized that the new contact group initiated by Zelenskyy has already scheduled its first meeting with European partners.
One of the main issues on the agenda will be Ukraine's receipt of security guarantees until it joins the Alliance. This issue will be discussed alongside military support and cooperation with NATO.
During the recent meetings with French President Emmanuel Macron and US President-elect Donald Trump, Zelenskyy also raised the issue of security guarantees for Ukraine and the prospects for its membership in NATO.
Yesterday, on December 9, Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the creation of a contact group to end the war. At the time, he said that the list of participants was still being formed, but added that it would include countries that invest heavily in Ukrainian arms production.
Later, the President's Office added that the Contact Group would include countries with long-range capabilities.
