Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is ready for negotiations with US President Donald Trump "without any conditions". All that is needed for this conversation is "only a willingness".
The dictator’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov, quoted by Russian media, stated this.
Can negotiations between Putin and Trump be possible
Peskov emphasized that Putin has repeatedly claimed that he is ready and open "to contacts with international leaders, including Donald Trump".
"The President himself has repeatedly spoken about this, we have repeatedly spoken about this. No conditions are needed for this. What is needed is a mutual willingness and political will to engage in dialogue, to solve existing problems through this dialogue," the Kremlin spokesman said.
According to him, the Russian government sees that Trump is also allegedly showing his readiness for dialogue. At the same time, he added that there are no specific organizational issues regarding the upcoming meeting.
"We proceed from a mutual readiness to meet. Obviously, after Mr. Trump enters the Oval Office, there will be some movements," Peskov said.
As a reminder, Trump recently said that a meeting is planned between him and Putin. It would be organized by the United States.
In addition, People’s Deputy Anatolii Burmych said that Trump would be able to stop the war in 100 days, but there is an important nuance.
