What is known about blocking in Telegram

The founder of Telegram expressed surprise that none of the channels are blocked in Russia, while they are actively counteracting Russian propaganda and disinformation in the EU.

"Who would have thought that in 2025 Russian Telegram users would enjoy more freedom than European ones?" Durov noted.

As is known, the European Union is taking measures to combat the spread of disinformation, especially from Russian state media, which use various platforms to influence public opinion.

As a reminder, the SSU launched a chatbot "Burn the FSB". Anyone can report an antagonist who is trying to recruit for arson, terrorist attack or mining.

Previously, the court sentenced a resident of Zhytomyr region who helped the Russian occupiers in guiding missiles and drones at the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
