Fire broke out at nuclear research center near Warsaw
A fire broke out at the National Center for Nuclear Research in the Polish city of Otwock on Wednesday, December 18. Two people were injured as a result of the incident.

Fire at nuclear research center
A gas explosion occurred in the premises of the National Center for Nuclear Research, which caused a fire and injured two people.
The article states that there is currently no radiation threat at the facility, as the fire broke out at a considerable distance from the research reactor MARIA.
RMF FM writes that the gas exploded in a laboratory rented by a third-party company. 40 rescuers were involved in eliminating the consequences of the explosion and extinguishing the fire.
It is known that the National Center for Nuclear Research is one of the largest scientific research institutes in Poland, which has the only research nuclear reactor in the country.
It should be recalled that on December 15, a fire broke out in a student dormitory on Leiptsyzka Street in Kyiv.
In addition, a strong fire broke out in the American city of Malibu, which destroyed hectares within four days. More than 600 residents were evacuated.
