Lubinets has obtained the lists of missing prisoners of war
The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Ukrainian Parliament Dmytro Lubinets met in Qatar with the State Minister for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar Lolwa Rashid Al-Khater. One of the important issues was obtaining lists of missing military personnel.

Ukraine received lists of missing military personnel
As the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Ukrainian Parliament reported, thanks to certain efforts in Qatar, it was possible to obtain lists of missing military personnel.
Dmytro Lubinets also received letters from Ukrainian prisoners of war to their relatives and discussed with a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar the possibility of accelerating the process of exchanging prisoners of war.
"In addition, we managed to work out agreements on providing assistance to civilians who found themselves in a difficult life situation, in particular, assistance in restoring personal documents," Lubinets wrote.
It should be reminded that Russian war criminals continue to kill Ukrainian soldiers during their captivity. About 100 such cases are known.
Novyny.LIVE also wrote that on October 19, Dmytro Lubinets met with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot and representatives of UNICEF. At the meeting, they discussed joining efforts to protect children's rights and establish a fair peace in Ukraine.
