It is noted that since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, 12,340 civilians have been killed. Another 27,836 people were injured of varying severity.

During November, at least 165 civilians were killed and 887 were injured in Ukraine. Of these, 8 children were killed and 57 were injured as a result of enemy shelling.

According to the UN monitoring mission, the number of victims in November 2024 was significantly higher than in November 2023, when there were 113 dead and 363 injured people.

As a result of Russia's use of long-range weapons, including missiles and artillery ammunition, 65 Ukrainian citizens died.

"In the Kherson region, civilians were killed and injured almost every day from shelling by short-range unmanned aerial vehicles (drones)," Lubinets wrote.

The UN Mission also noted that the Russian army has resumed massive attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

"The world should not simply observe the change in the statistics of victims. The world must do everything to ensure that terrorist Russia is held accountable for every destroyed life! Help Ukraine, because this is how you protect yourself!" the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Ukrainian Parliament emphasized.

Let us recall that the Russians destroyed or damaged more than 250 thousand buildings in Ukraine. It will take decades to rebuild.

Previously, we wrote that the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, stated that the damage to the cities due to the Russian attacks are currently estimated at approximately $10 billion.
