Klymenko has handed over awards to soldiers and rescuers — video
On the eve of 1,000 days of full-scale war, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko met with soldiers of the National Guard and Border Guard Service, police officers and rescuers. He handed over the awards to them.

"We have been standing on guard for our state side by side for almost thousand days — both in the rear and on the front line, and in regions close to the zone of hostilities. We are one large mechanism of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Each of you has already made and continues to make a significant contribution to the development of our country and to our common victory. Thanks to you, the country lives, the country stands," Klymenko emphasized.
According to him, they have different uniforms, but they do the same important thing for everyone — they protect. In clashes with the enemy, as well as during the investigation of crimes, eliminating the consequences of enemy strikes and maintaining law and order in each region.
Klymenko thanked them for their loyalty to the oath and heroism.
As a reminder, on November 30, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the Uzhhorod hospital where military personnel are undergoing rehabilitation. He handed over the awards to the defenders.
Previously, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi awarded the Air Assault Forces for their participation in the fighting in the Kursk direction.
