Australia's assistance to Ukraine
Sibiha said that Ukraine has received more than $1 billion in aid from Australia, including $880 million in military aid. It is also known that Kyiv has asked Australia for additional military support.
"We will also propose to take into account the needs of Ukraine when writing off military equipment that is in service with the Australian Defense Force," the Ukrainian Foreign Minister said.
As a reminder, on the morning of December 18, Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong arrived in Kyiv for a visit.
And in November, Australia handed over JDAM-ER precision-guided bombs to Ukraine, which were previously in service with the Royal Air Force.
