This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy via Telegram.

Zelenskyy's reaction to the shelling of cities

Zelenskyy condemned the next Russian shelling of Ukrainian cities. The Head of State noted that an air strike on a service station in Zaporizhzhia killed nine people and injured four more. Two people died, and 17 people were injured as a result of a missile strike on a city building in Kryvyi Rih.

The Ukrainian leader added that words of Russia mean nothing, but its bombs and missiles "say everything very eloquently".

"The thousands of such strikes that were carried out by Russia during this war absolutely clearly state: Putin does not need real peace, he only needs the opportunity to do this to any country — with bombs, missiles, all other violence. Only force can resist this. And real peace can be established only through force," Zelenskyy emphasized.

It should be reminded that, the Russian occupiers attacked the Zaporizhzhia region on December 6. As a result of the shelling, there were deaths and injuries. The Russians also shelled Kryvyi Rih in the evening. The enemy hit an administrative building.
