President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the call of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. He emphasized that it was "Pandora's box".

The Ukrainian leader said this in an evening address on Friday, November 15.

Conversation between Scholz and Putin

"Chancellor Scholz told me that he was going to call Putin. Olaf's call, in my opinion, is Pandora's box. Now there may be other conversations, other calls. Just a lot of words," Zelenskyy emphasized.

According to him, this is exactly what Putin has long wanted, because it is extremely important for him to weaken his isolation and Russia, as well as to conduct ordinary negotiations that will not end in anything.

Zelenskyy emphasized that the Russian dictator has been doing this for decades.

"We understand all these challenges now. We know how to act. And we want to warn: there will be no "Minsk-3" — we need a real peace," he added.

It should be recalled that on November 15, Scholz held his first conversation with Putin in two years. He called on the Russian dictator to stop the war.

Zelenskyy also believes that under the Donald Trump administration, the war in Ukraine will end faster.
