In early 2025, a pilot project between Germany and Ukraine on the return of Ukrainians from abroad is to be launched. Citizens will be involved, in particular, in the defense sector.

Kamyshyn notes that the pilot project will first be launched between Germany and Ukraine.

The presidential advisor emphasized that the return of Ukrainians is also aimed at engaging them in the defense sector.

"We recently announced the creation of a new ministry dedicated to uniting Ukrainians and facilitating their return home. Currently, we are developing a program to encourage Ukrainians to return and contribute to the defense industry. A pilot project between Germany and Ukraine, spearheaded by this new ministry, is set to launch in early 2025. This marks the beginning of the ministry's efforts to bring Ukrainians back," Kamyshin said.
