Popular hotel in a ski resort caught fire in Turkey
In Turkey, in the province of Bolu, a massive fire broke out in a hotel in the Kartalkaya ski resort. According to local authorities, the incident killed 10 people and injured 32 others.

The fire broke out on the fourth floor of the 11-story hotel in the Kartalkaya resort at around 3:30 a.m. local time on Tuesday, January 21. Emergency services, including 30 fire engines and 28 ambulances, arrived at the scene.
Bolu Governor Abdulaziz Aydin said the fire began on the floor where the restaurant was located. The hotel had 234 guests at the time of the fire. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time, but the investigation is ongoing.
The media noted that the Kartalkaya ski resort, located 38 kilometers from the Bolu province, is a fairly popular winter vacation spot in the country.
As a reminder, a large-scale fire broke out recently in Russia at an oil depot in the Kaluga region.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces also successfully attacked the Liskinskaya oil depot in the Voronezh region.
