The Pentagon made a statement amid the sending of North Korean troops to Russia. It noted that there will be no new restrictions on Ukraine's use of United States weapons if North Korean forces enter the battle.

This was reported by Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh, as Reuters reports on Monday, October 28.

North Korea sent troops to Russia

The Pentagon noted that 10,000 North Korean soldiers were deployed in eastern Russia for training.

However, Singh refused to confirm the presence of North Korean troops in the Kursk region.

"It is quite likely that they are moving in this direction towards Kursk. But I do not have more details yet," she added.

It should be recalled, that US President Joe Biden commented on the sending of North Korean troops to Russia, emphasizing that this poses a great danger.

Previously, NATO officially confirmed for the first time that North Korea sent its military to support Russia in the war against Ukraine.
