NATO told how Russia "pays" DPRK for military and ammunition
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte called on partners to increase assistance to Ukraine. He also said what Russia and the DPRK had agreed on in cooperation.

Mark Rutte urges to help Ukraine
The NATO Secretary General noted that Russia did not achieve its goals in Ukraine thanks to the assistance of the United States and European allies. He called on the partners to increase their assistance.
"With American leadership, Ukraine has won and Russia has not. Of course, we need to do more to help Ukraine continue to fight this battle and push back Russian forces as far as possible to prevent Putin from succeeding in Ukraine," said Rutte.
What the DPRK has agreed with Russia on cooperation
The involvement of DPRK troops "has its price", as Rutte put it. In particular, Russia pays North Korea with missile technology for ammunition and missiles, which it then uses against Ukraine.
The NATO Secretary General noted that this poses a direct threat not only to European countries that are members of the Alliance, but also to the United States, South Korea, and Japan.
He also said that China helps Russia circumvent sanctions and supplies dual-use goods. In addition, Iran transfers drone technology and more to Russia. And Russia gives Iran money in return, which helps them destabilize the geopolitical situation in the Middle East.
As a reminder, the Western press quoted US officials as saying that Russia was preparing a large-scale offensive in the Kursk region with North Korean troops.
Meanwhile, analysts at the Institute for the Study of War analyzed the Pentagon's statement about the number of North Korean troops in the Kursk region of Russia.
