According to the publication, the first mention of this appeared in the Russian media. They claimed that this photo showed the work of the 12th Main Directorate of the Russian Defense Ministry. It is responsible for the maintenance of nuclear weapons.
"This is actually quite an unusual event, because until now, satellite images have not been released to the public that would "show" preparatory work on Russian missiles that could be nuclear weapons. Therefore, it is worth paying attention to", the message says.

According to the publication, the appearance of such a picture is quite revealing. The Russians are demonstratively working on preparing a sea-launched ballistic missile and are not even trying to hide it. The publication suggests that Russia may be conducting such operations to exert psychological pressure.
