Trump announces when he will decide the fate of war in Ukraine

Resolving the situation surrounding the Russian-Ukrainian war will be the main foreign policy priority of the newly elected President of the United States Donald Trump after taking office on January 20. He noted that he plans to act quickly.
Trump said this in an interview with the Paris Match publication. The interview was recorded during Trump's visit to France and published on December 11.
Trump intends to stop the war quickly
"I think we need to solve the Ukrainian problem with Russia," he said.
Trump emphasized that both sides are losing hundreds of thousands of people in this war.
"Both of these countries are losing such a number that no one can believe. Hundreds of thousands of soldiers are dying," Trump said.
According to him, the Middle East is also a higher priority, but "it's a less complicated situation than the Ukrainian one with Russia".
"But these are two situations that we need to resolve, and we need to do it quickly. A lot of people are dying," the American leader added.

They discussed a number of important issues, including the recent meetings of our Head of State with the newly elected President of the United States Donald Trump and the leader of France Emmanuel Macron.
