11 minutes later, the acting mayor of the city clarified that there was also a killed person at the site of the second explosion.
"Unfortunately, there is also a dead person at the site of the second explosion. The State Emergency Service, police and ambulance are working in the city. An emergency response headquarters will be deployed. The location will be announced later," he added.
