Over 1000 cases for "discrediting the army" opened in Crimea
Russians continue to open cases against Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Thus, there are currently 1126 court cases for "discrediting the Russian Armed Forces".
This was reported by the press service of the presidential mission in the ARC.
Cases of Ukrainians in Crimea
"There have been 1126 cases of materials drawn up under Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation being submitted to the so-called courts in the temporarily occupied Crimea," the statement said.
The presidential spokeswoman noted that in 993 cases, a fine was imposed or combined with another case under another article and a cumulative decision was made.
At the same time, material in 42 cases is under consideration. At the beginning of January, 218 people were illegally detained in Crimea, 133 of them were Crimean Tatars.
As a reminder, agents of the ATES movement discovered a new location of the Russian military in a sanatorium located in the Saki district of Crimea.
The partisans also conducted a successful reconnaissance of new defense fortifications in Crimea.
