US Embassy in Kyiv warns of massive attack on November 20

The US Embassy in Kyiv has warned that a "serious" air attack on Ukraine is possible on November 20. In this regard, the institution will be closed.
The statement was posted on the embassy's website.
Warning of a massive attack on Ukraine on November 20
"The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv has received specific information about a possible significant air attack on November 20. As a precautionary measure, the embassy will be closed and embassy staff ordered to shelter in place," the statement said.
The agency recommends that US citizens be prepared to take shelter immediately in the event of an air raid alert. In addition, they gave a number of tips on what to do in case of shelling:
- Follow updates in local media;
- Identify shelter locations in advance of any air raid alerts;
- Take immediate cover if an air raid alert is announced;
- Follow the instructions of Ukrainian officials and emergency responders in case of an emergency.
