The Victory Plan and the weapon production in Ukraine — Zelenskyy's evening speech

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that a report is currently expected from the Ukrainian delegation in Washington after the start of work on the military and military-political aspects of the Victory Plan. He called on the partners to decide on the possibility of ending the war in Ukraine in accordance with the Ukrainian vision.

He announced this during the evening speech on Monday, October 7.

• A schedule of negotiations has been agreed for the coming week, within which the Victory Plan will be presented to all countries that can contribute to peace.
• Zelenskyy called on partners to decide on ending the war in Ukraine in accordance with our vision in the global security architecture.
• The President also informed on the reports of Oleksandr Kamyshin and Herman Smetanin, in which the own production of projectiles, hardware and artillery was discussed, as well as offers to partners to invest in the Ukrainian defense sector.
• General Syrskyi reported on the situation at the front line, highlighting that the situation in the Donetsk direction remains the most difficult.

In addition, on October 6, Zelenskyy congratulated the territorial defense fighters on their professional holiday. He reminded that the soldiers of territorial defense forces have been protecting our state since the first days of the full-scale invasion.
