In Dnipropetrovsk region, one of DTEK's brigades was once again attacked while it was carrying out repairs near the war zone. The power engineers were repairing a damaged power line when they were attacked by enemy drones.

This was reported by DTEK Dnipro Power Grids on Tuesday, November 26.

It is reported that during the attack, one of the Russian drones dropped explosives near the brigade vehicle, damaging the windshield of the vehicle. The power engineers managed to find shelter and remained unharmed.

The company noted that its employees are working in accordance with a special work permit procedure, which allows them to protect their employees from enemy attacks and shelling.

"Emergency crews start restoring the power grid only after they receive permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. In addition, power engineers work in special helmets and bulletproof vests," DTEK assured.

At the same time, the enemy does not stop attacking the region, which often does not give the emergency crew time to move to a safe place.

"Despite this, power engineers in Dnipropetrovsk region continue to work, often risking their lives to keep the region's residents with power," the company said in a statement.

They also noted that over the past week, DTEK Dnipro Power Grids specialists have restored power supply to more than 20,000 families left without electricity due to enemy shelling.

Earlier, we wrote that seven people were injured and two women, one of whom was pregnant, were killed in the shelling in Mykolaiv.

To recap, more than eight people were injured in a Russian missile attack on Kryvyi Rih.
