Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with Donald Trump, who is likely to win the US presidential race. Zelenskyy called the conversation "excellent".

What Zelenskyy agreed on with Trump

According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during the official conversation, the parties agreed to "maintain a close dialogue and develop cooperation".

Zelenskyy congratulated Trump on his convincing victory and emphasized that it was the result of a great campaign. Zelenskyy also praised his family and team for their excellent work.

"Strong and unwavering U.S. leadership is vital for the world and for a just peace," Zelenskyy said.
