The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that the missile that Russia used to hit Dnipro tonight has all the signs of a new weapon — a Russian intercontinental ballistic missile. The Head of State said that examinations are currently underway.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in a video message on Thursday, November 21.

Zelenskyy told what the Russian Federation used to hit Ukraine on November 21

"On November 21, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Dignity and Freedom it honors two Ukrainian revolutions, honors what Ukrainians really are. Today, our crazy neighbor has once again shown what he really is and how he despises dignity, freedom, and in general, people's lives. And how he is scared," the President of Ukraine said.

As Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted, Russia is already using new missiles and "is looking around the world for other weapons: either in Iran or in North Korea".

According to the President, the missile that the Russian Federation used against Ukraine on November 21 has all the characteristics — speed, altitude — of an intercontinental ballistic missile. Expert examinations are currently underway.

"It is obvious that Putin is using Ukraine as a training ground. It is obvious that Putin is scared when there is just normal life next to him. When people just have dignity. When the country just wants to be and has the right to be independent," Zelenskyy said.

The leader of Ukraine thanked all Ukrainians who steadfastly defend Ukraine from this aggressor.

As a reminder, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the enemy launched an intercontinental ballistic missile over Dnipro for the first time. The occupiers struck Dnipro with the new weapon, as a result of which destruction was captured in the city.  The characteristics of the "Rubezh" missile have already been described.
