Russia's reaction to Trump's victory

Peskov called the United States an "unfriendly country" that is fighting against Russia. He is not aware of Putin's plans to congratulate Trump.

We analyze statements as they come, focusing on topics relevant to our agenda. What else will have to wait, given that the current US president will be in office for almost a month and a half. I am not aware of the president's plans to welcome Trump. Let’s remember, the U.S. is an unfriendly country actively involved — both directly and indirectly — in a war against us," he emphasized.

Peskov also commented on Trump's statement about peace, noting that after he wins the presidency, these words may sound differently.

To recap, the head of the President's Office, Andrii Yermak, congratulated Donald Trump on his victory in the US election and recalled their last meeting.

In addition, MP Oleksii Honcharenko told what Russia should expect after Trump's victory in the US election.
