Poliand's President Andrzej Duda spoke at Ukraine House in Davos. He reminded that the Russians wanted to take Kyiv in three days, but now it has been three years since our country has been heroically fighting the invaders.

Duda's speech in Davos

During his speech at Ukraine House in Davos, the President of Poland called on the international community to act more decisively in supporting Ukraine.

He noted that Ukraine's victory in the war is in the common interest of all Western countries, as it is about protecting not only Ukraine but the whole of Europe.

"When the great war began, it was said that Kyiv would fall in three days. But it will soon be three years since Ukraine has been heroically defending itself," Duda said.

As a reminder, the World Economic Forum started in Davos, Switzerland, on Monday, January 20. It will be attended by leaders and delegations from a number of countries, including President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
